白藜芦基甘油三酯的皮肤脱色作用的研究

摘要:

白藜芦基甘油三酯是由白藜芦醇和乙醇酸酯化反应得到的产物。白藜芦基甘油三酯先前已被证明可在体外抑制细胞黑色素的合成。本文的研究目的在于探究白藜芦基甘油三酯对人类测试者的体内皮肤脱色疗效。这个测试中有22名年龄介于25岁至49岁,且皮肤类型为FitzpatrickⅢ型或型的女性参加。通过紫外线照射诱导测试者的前臂发生人工色素沉着。在测试者身上每天两次、持续八周地涂抹含有0.4%白藜芦基甘油三酯的测试产品,同时在对照组身上涂抹不含白藜芦基甘油三酯的产品。测试者每两周到研究中心进行皮肤评估。在第6周和第8周对比实验组与对照组的测试对象,对色素沉着程度进行视觉评估和黑色素指数、皮肤亮度(L*)和皮肤颜色(个体类型学角度,ITAo)的进行仪器分析,结果表明实验组测试对象的皮肤脱色作用明显增加(p<0.05)。在整个试验过程中,没有观察到任何皮肤反应不良的参与者。这个研究证实了白藜芦基甘油三酯对人类的皮肤脱色作用。

Human skin-depigmenting effects ofresveratryl triglycolate, a hybrid compound of resveratrol and glycolic acid

Abstract:

Resveratryl triglycolate (RTG) is a hybrid compound derived by theesterification of resveratrol with glycolic acid. This compound has beenpreviously shown to inhibit cellular melanin synthesis in vitro. The presentstudy aimed to examine the in vivo skin-depigmenting efficacy of RTG in humanparticipants. In total, 22 women aged between 25 and 49 years with Fitzpatrickskin type III or IV were enrolled. Their forearms were exposed to UV to induceartificial pigmentation. The test product containing 0.4% RTG, or the controlproduct was applied twice daily for up to 8 weeks after the artificialpigmentation. The participants visited the research center every 2 weeks, andwere subjected to skin assessments. Visual assessment of pigmentation degreeand instrumental analysis of melanin index, skin lightness (L* value), and skincolor (individual typology angle, ITAo) indicated enhanced depigmentation ofthe skin in the test group, compared with the control group, in Weeks 6 and 8(p < 0.05). No adverse skin reactions were observed in any of theparticipants during the entire test. The present study demonstrated theskin-depigmenting effects of RTG in human participants.
