关于海藻类在化妆品中的应用论文导读

第一篇:海藻在生物医药学的潜在应用

摘要


从海藻生物质中提取的功能成分在食品科学和技术中得到各种的应用,如膳食和保健品中。相反,尽管藻类在抗感染、抗衰老、,美白和皮肤肿瘤治疗方面具有很高的潜力,但藻类在皮肤相关产品中的应用却很少受到关注。因此,这个综述着重于整合藻类对人类皮肤护理,健康和治疗有关的研究,本文还研究了与人类皮肤治疗有关的藻类中的活性化合物,并且描述了涉及的可能机理。这篇综述的主要目的是确定在皮肤治疗中可用的藻类功能,以此来推动藻类在这个高潜力领域的实际应用。

(英文原文Potential biomedical applications of marine algae

ABSTRACT

Functional components extracted from algal biomass are widely used as dietary and health supplements with a variety of applications in food science and technology. In contrast, the applications of algae in dermal-related products have received much less attention, despite that algae also possess high potential for the uses in anti-infection, anti-aging, skin-whitening, and skin tumor treatments. This review, therefore, focuses on integrating studies on algae pertinent to human skin care, health and therapy. The active compounds in algae related to human skin treatments are mentioned and the possible mechanisms involved are described. The main purpose of this review is to identify serviceable algae functions in skin treatments to facilitate practical applications in this high-potential area.

摘要

  海藻中生物活性的应用在化妆品中是具有广阔的应用前景。其中有一种未知特征的海藻叫Caulerpa sp. 。而本研究旨在确定可作为制造化妆品原料成分的Cauplerpa 成分。本研究主要采用AOAC方法;采用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC 法)做氨基酸、维生素A、B和E;采用Harborne 法做植物化学检测、采用DPPH 法分析抗氧化活性法以及采用Folin-Ciocalteau 法分析总酚量。最近一份关于Caulerpa sp. 的研究显示,含水量为76.065%,灰分为1.231%,蛋白质为3.73%,脂肪为0.35%,碳水化合物为18.645%。同时,其主要氨基酸包括谷氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、天冬氨酸、酪氨酸、丙氨酸和缬氨酸(大于100 mg∙(100g)-1),并且测试所得结果为维生素A(487.09 mg∙(100g)-1),维生素B(0.42 mg∙(100g)-1),维生素E(2.22mg∙(100g)-1。提取物活性成分中含有类固醇、黄酮类、对二苯酚和皂苷类衍生物,总酚量(0.0441mg GAE∙g-1),抗氧化活性为IC50(451.27mg∙kg-1)。

(英文原文)Characteristics of Seaweed as Raw Materials for Cosmetics

ABSTRACT

  Bioactive components found in seaweed is very prospective to be applied in cosmetics. One type of seaweed with unknown characteristics is Caulerpa sp. This study aimed to determine the content Caulerpa which can be a component of raw material for making cosmetic. The analysis were for the proximate with AOAC method, amino acids, vitamins A, B and E using by HPLC, phytochemical test method Harborne, antioxidant activity (DPPH) and total phenols (Folin-Ciocalteau). Proximate Caulerpa sp. showed that consecutive include water 76.065 %, 1.231 % ash, 3.73 % protein, 0.35 % fat, and carbohydrates 18.645 %. The dominant amino acids resulted was glutamate, histidine, arginine, aspartate, tyrosine, alanine, and valine [greater of 100 mg ·(100 g)–1]. 487.09 mg · (100 g)–1 Vitamin A, Vitamin B 0.42 mg · (100 g)–1, Vitamin E 2.22 mg · (100 g)–1. Derived bioactive components consis of steroids, flavonoids, phenols hydroquinone and saponin, with total phenol at 0.0441 mg GAE · g–1 and antioxidant activity with IC50 of 451.27 mg · kg–1.




第三篇:探索海藻在化妆品中使用的潜

摘要

  近来,在化妆品中使用微藻治理皮肤问题(例如:衰老,晒黑,色素紊乱)受到越来越多的关注。同时,微藻在抗衰老,美白和色素减少产品领域也有潜在的使用价值。虽然藻类物种作为保湿剂和增稠剂已经用于某些化妆品配方中,但由于作为主要活性成分仍未被深入研究,因此在很大程度上仍具有开发价值。因此,这篇综述文章综合研究藻类对皮肤健康美丽的关系,主要目的在于识别藻类在化妆品使用中的功效。

(英文原文)Exploring the potential of using algae in cosmetics

ABSTRACT

  The applications of microalgae in cosmetic products have recently received more attention in the treatment of skin problems, such as aging, tanning and pigment disorders. There are also potential uses in the areas of anti-aging, skin-whitening, and pigmentation reduction products. While algae species have already been used in some cosmetic formulations, such as moisturizing and thickening agents, algae remain largely untapped as an asset in this industry due to an apparent lack of utility as a primary active ingredient. This review article focuses on integrating studies on algae pertinent to skin health and beauty, with the purpose of identifying serviceable algae functions in practical cosmetic uses.
